“Mismatched Pairs: Paired Nonfiction and Fiction for Tweens” was a book list designed for the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC). It was created to be downloaded and printed at home or on a regular workplace printer.

I illustrated the cover and created a color-coded concept for the interior pages.

I also designed bookmarks for printing by ALSC, which provide an abbreviated list and advertise the full book list.

The same year, I designed a series of summer reading book lists for ALSC, in print-at-home trifold format. These were aimed at different grade levels, with friendly summer bugs in a unified color scheme.

“Comforting Reads for Difficult Times” provided librarians with book recommendations for children going through challenging situations, complete with color-coded grade level tags for at-a-glance assessment. It’s a digital resource with live hyperlinks that can also be printed at home or at work as four letter-size pages.
